Appraisers are held to a strict code of ethics as determined by the CMVM, which requires that all appraisals be unbiased and based on credible information, in order to produce a well-supported opinion of value. We follow the regulations and directives required by our clients, whether they are the CMVM Regulations, Insurances, Banking or International, such as TEGoVA or RICS. But we think out of the box too!
