PI is among the first registered appraisers certified by CMVM, since 2003, with number PAI/2003/0018.
In its staff, there are several certified appraisers by CMVM, with more than 10 years’ experience and also some MRICS.
Our territorial coverage is easier because of our offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madeira, but also because of our hundreds of consultants spread across the country.
Overall, PI appraises, yearly, mora than 2 billion euros, including agricultural properties or large hotel resorts.
